Sproule-Ivanoff Camel : ウィキペディア英語版 | Sproule-Ivanoff Camel __NOTOC__
The Sproule-Ivanoff Camel was a 1930s British single-seat medium performance glider designed by J.S Sproule and Alexander Ivanoff and built by Scott Light Aircraft of Dunstable, Bedfordshire.〔〔 ==Design and development== At the end of 1937 Sproule and Ivanoff decided to design a glider that would be cheap, be easy to control and have a good speed range. It would also have wing-folding for quick assembly.〔 The glider was a high wing strut-supported single-spar monoplane with no flaps of airbrakes and an enclosed single-seat cockpit.〔 The Camel first flew at Ratcliffe in Leicestershire in 1939.〔 In 1949 the Camel was registered to Alexander Ivanoff as ''G-ALLL''.〔
